DAA Students Shine on the La Perle Stage
‘Voice of Tolerance’ Production
Late last year, 36 of our middle and high school students showcased their talents on the La Perle stage in Dubai for the ‘Voice of Tolerance’ production. Produced in association with world-famous Director, Franco Dragone and the Ministry of Education, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, it was a spectacle in honour of The Year of Tolerance and beautifully highlighted the themes of inclusion, equality, respect and tolerance.
Behind the Scenes
With the Performers
"I’ve been at DAA for six years, and dancing for six years, so I was very excited about this amazing opportunity to dance at La Perle. Rehearsals were so much fun and we got to do what we love, which is performing. The La Perle stage is absolutely breathtaking, with its pool, lights, visuals and sound effects. I’m very grateful to DAA for giving us this amazing opportunity to perform and hope to continue to pursue my aim of becoming a professional dancer." - Jade De Groot, 8th Grade
